AISAC offers a variety of services to Hungarian universities and colleges. Our main goal is to internationalize the “Hungarian Education” concept. In this respect, we assist and support ALL Hungarian universities, colleges, middle schools, high schools and other research and training centers with no discrimination.
Hungarian universities and colleges can join into a collaboration arrangement with AISAC, giving them extra alternatives and options. Our collaboration is focused on advising and registering more qualified overseas students at those universities and colleges. This is an excellent chance for such universities and colleges to expand their international presence.
AISAC delivers these services both in and outside Hungary.
Consultations
AISAC offers partner institutions with regular analysis and assessments of the situation and trends of international students seeking to study in Hungary and the EU. When requested, AISAC will advise with institutions on various topics concerning other issues of internationalization.
Unified Advertising and Marketing Strategy
Hungary offers a robust secondary and higher education system. However, the international representation of Hungarian education is far from uniform, as is required for a “BRAND” presence in the global international education business. AISAC will represent Hungarian education as a unified structure in a modern and dependable manner. All online and offline initiatives will also focus on promoting the brands of the partner university that enjoy and benefit from the brand and umbrella of “Hungarian Education”. Aside from a single web marketing plan, each country will have its own marketing strategy, which is typically carried out in the local language.
AISAC has built a comprehensive academic email directory, which will be expanded. Regular email efforts will support our student recruitment, particularly from families with strong academic backgrounds.
Admission
AISAC will launch extensive international advertising and marketing efforts. Such initiatives are available both online and offline and run throughout the year. As a result of these actions, an estimated number of candidates will enter the AISAC admission system. These figures differ from one country to another, as well as during the year. Such variances make it difficult for the university to maintain a consistent admissions method. We will arrange the applications, prepare the candidates for authentic document submission, prepare them for the university’s admission exam following a pre-selection, and finalize the admission in consultation with the institution and based on their final decision.
Finance
AISAC provides customized financial solutions for Hungarian universities and colleges with international students from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Accommodation
Appropriate and affordable housing in Budapest and other Hungarian towns is critical for international students. In fact, it might be one of the most crucial elements influencing the family’s final decision to whether or not pursue higher education in Hungary. AISAC has established plans to build and run “International Residence Halls” tailored to foreign students’ requirements and interests, complemented with facilities and services. AISAC will be happy to create the chance for collaboration with Hungarian universities and colleges in this respect.
Medical Insurance
All overseas students must have valid medical and accident insurance while studying in Hungary. We will help the international students obtain the appropriate medical insurance and other medical services.
CSP and Sport
AISAC in collaboration with its partner universities and colleges offers “Cultural / Social / Pastoral” (CSP) support to all international students in Hungary. These programs are attentive to the students’ diverse cultures and social conditions, since they come from a variety of nations and backgrounds. Activities such as the “Avicenna International Student Festival” bring together students from many nations to create a positive environment for their social and mental growth.
Education Exhibitions
AISAC together with the partner university will routinely visit educational exhibits in target nations. In such shows, AISAC will represent Hungarian Education as well as the partner university. The Ministry of Culture and Innovation and Tempus Public Foundation will assist and lead the functions of AISAC in this regard.
Seminars and Forums
AISAC will regularly visit recruitment seminars and forums in target countries on behalf of the partner university. The Ministry of Culture and Innovation will also contribute in such events. We intend to make new contacts and relationships with local agents, and promote the “Hungarian Education” brand as well as the partner university brand.
Hungarian Conferences
AISAC, in collaboration with partner university, will arrange special conferences both inside and outside of Hungary. Such conferences may cover specific themes of relevance to parents, students, local companies, academics, and employers. In this approach, we promote “Hungarian Education” and academic excellence. This is a model for building relationships and promoting the university brand, which will directly or indirectly lead to improved and increased recruitment of foreign students from the target country.
Hungarian Education Day
AISAC will organize a special recruitment and marketing event in specific target countries, at least once a year, under the brand name of “Hungarian Education Day”. We have successfully organized such events in the past. The event can be coupled to direct university admission campaigns in the target countries. Partner universities and colleges will participate and co-chair the event.
Parents Counseling and Support
AISAC will provide ongoing counseling and assistance to parents of international students in Hungary. This will keep parents updated of their children’s conditions in Hungary. This will boost parental satisfaction, which is understandable given their concern for their children. We have provided this one-of-a-kind service for almost 30 years.
Student Exchange
Student mobility within Hungary and the European Union is critical for the academic growth of international students. AISAC, in collaboration with Hungarian and European universities and colleges, will offer the finest prospects of student mobility for its international students. In many cases, the expenses of such mobilities are covered fully or partially by the universities and colleges.
